1. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch (within 2 hours of placement) by calling or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 9493490990. Once an order is prepared and handed over to the delivery partner, cancellation is not possible.
2. Transit Damage / Quality Concerns (100% Replacement Guarantee)
If your package arrives in a damaged condition, with damaged contents or a breached seal:
- Please inspect the package upon arrival and capture clear photos or a short unboxing video.
- Share the proof with our team via WhatsApp at +91 9493490990 within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will immediately dispatch a replacement parcel at zero cost to you, or initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
3. Refund Processing Timelines
Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay within 2 business days. Funds typically reflect in your bank account or UPI handle within 5–7 working days per standard banking cycles.
